Reservation process. This form initiates a reservation request — it is not a final purchase. After we receive it, a Gardens of Peace representative will contact you to schedule a visit, review the cemetery map, accept signed Rules and Regulations, receive payment, and confirm your reserved plot numbers. Payment must be received and cleared by the bank before the reservation is final.
